Inifiniti HR is a leading Professional Employer Organization(PEO), a professional HR company which shoulders responsibility for payroll, benefits, and other administrative aspects of the employer role.

While most PEOs offer their services to all industries and businesses of all sizes, they also often specialize in servicing a particular industry, such as manufacturing, construction, warehousing, or knowledge workers. Infiniti HR specializes in serving national franchise owners, especially in the hotel industry.


Infiniti HR, founded in 2008, is a market leader, having been on the Inc. 500/5000 for 8 years in a row, and the Washington Business Journal’s list of Largest Private Companies for 3 years in a row. It currently co-employs over 80,000 employees on behalf of thousands of clients, and focused on franchises and other large enterpises.

1. PEO

Infiniti HR promotes itself as the “The Professional Employer Organization for Franchises®”. As a service geared towards the needs of franchises and other large businesses, Infiniti HR focuses on bringing down the total cost of labor and mitigating employer liability. To this end, it is a labor aggregator; they work with labor suppliers throughout the United States and utilize technological solutions to lower the total cost of labor. It is listed as a Premium Supplier to the International Franchise Association, is a Qualified Vendor for Choice Hotels International and an Endorsed Supplier to Best Western Hotels and Resorts.

Infiniti HR works with clients to calculate their total annual cost of labor, including non-revenue generating employees in departments such as HR and payroll. Taking this number as a base fee, Inifiniti HR works to lower the total cost of labor and mitigate liability through its PEO services, HR outsourcing, insurance programs, and other methods. Each client is assigned a Conversion Manager who oversees the process, an HR Director, and a Recruitment Manager who will source new talent during the conversion phase and throughout the PEO relationship. Clients can connect to their PEO team directly at any time, rather than going through a customer service department. 

The service works with many national and regional insurance providers to provide compliant, competitive, and low-cost employee insurance packages. Benefits options include dental, vision, FSA and HSA benefits, Minimum Essential Health Coverage, STD insurance, Life insurance, accident insurance, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity, ID theft, Telehealth, pre-paid legal, Wagecard, Zayzoon, HomeBeneift IQ, pet insurance, maternity benefits, individual health options, and even home and auto insurance.

2. Payroll 

Infinity HR provides fully outsourced payroll processing. It handles all direct deposits, deductions such as garnishments and child support payments, tax payments, and reporting and filing of W2 forms. It works with clients to create a flexible system incorporating their preferred methods of time reporting, payroll processing, and check printing and provides a General Ledger (GL) interface.

3. HR 

Infiniti HR can produce or review employee handbooks to provide compliant material that is up-to-date with the most recent workplace regulations. It helps produce accurate job descriptions to enable better evaluations and ensure employees’ work is aligned with the company’s vision. It also provides employment law posters, field guides, standardized management forms, and consultation on national and state regulations.

Nationwide recruitment process outsourcing is available as an add-on through a partnership with Talentuition.

4. Compliance 

As a co-employer, Infiniti HR shoulders much of the liability for workforce regulations. The Infiniti HR team also works to mitigate further liabilities where possible. It works with clients to ensure that workplaces are kept safe and compliant, best practices are followed regarding reporting and insurance coverage, and that exposure to risk is minimized.

Infiniti HR also provides a wide variety of business insurance options through Mulberri, a business insurance marketplace for PEO clients whose services are embedded in the Infiniti HR platform. Mulberri allows businesses to choose from a number of competitive packages offered by national providers. Offerings include workers’ compensation insurance, cyber liability coverage, employment practices liability, general liability, professional liability, business owner’s policies, and commercial umbrella insurance. Eligible clients may be offered no down payment, pay-as-you-go workers’ compensation insurance.

5. Platform

The Infinity HR platform is powered by PrismHR and a proprietary EPM. It also includes a GL interface with real-time tax calculations to help businesses improve the efficiency of their accounting departments. This tool can integrate with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, Data Pro, and Great Plains.

The Mulberri system is integrated into the Infiniti HR platform and notifies clients when they become eligible for a new discount, without having to wait for their annual renewal to renegotiate terms.


Infiniti HR does not disclose its pricing on its website, and customized quotes must be sought from the company.

Our verdict    

For large employers in hospitality and other service industry franchises, Infiniti HR can reduce their liabilities, lower costs, and generally streamline and simplify their businesses. For large national employers, operating franchises in several states, employing a variety of internal HR and accounting teams in each region, and handling all recruitment internally, the Infiniti HR system could drastically reduce their workload.

Smaller employers who wish to use a PEO to attract highly competitive remote working knowledge workers may find the system less suited to their needs.
